A moderator who has worked on your site for awhile might be the perfect source for a new hire. Chances are, this person already knows at least one other person who would work well within the forum community. Do you ask your forum mods or admins for recommendations as to who you should hire? For instance, you might ask for a name of a friend they think would like to work on your forum.
