I have been on a few forums where fighting and drama caused a huge emotional rift in the forum community and it became the thing that sunk the forum. Not every forum community is strong enough to survive drama. I am wondering if this ever happened to your forum or if you were able to deflect the drama in some way? And, if so, please explain how you did that.

Allowing one person to run over others on the forum could cause this type of drama or division on your forum. Staff drama messed up my forum for awhile and made things feel awkward there.
