did u triedto post it on flippa,

I don't think flippa working, I have tried a Lot and posted my domain & website too. and it was paid listing but not got a single Bid.

You might consider placing a Want To Buy on SEOClerks for this purpose. You will want to include as many details as possible. Also, you would likely need to specify an actual sum of money you are willing to pay the person who helps sell your site, not just a percentage.
