    Always be wary of low quality links because it can damage your sites reputation always create quality links on relative sites. There's a lot of people who are just posting away their links which is a waste of time and effort. 10 quality backlinks is better than 100 bad backlinks.

    From what I understand about links, low quality backlinks are those links of your site that are posted in sites that have little or no traffic. Can you imagine posting your links to 10 or 20 sites that don’t get any traffic at all that is wasted time and effort. Perhaps Google is just helping us be aware that our SEO work should be beneficial so there is the bad backlinks for our information.
