Just now I was trying to bump one of my forum posting services and a message came up that said I needed to wait a specified amount of time before bumping that service again. However, I have not personally bumped that particular service in a very long time. I bumped another service and got the message: Service #12123 Successfully bumped!, indicating that service was bumped.
I am pretty sure I did not bump the other service previously. I'm just wondering if another member might have bumped my service (which I'm grateful for if that's true) or if this is just a random anomoly in the software. Maybe this happened to others.
