Here are some of the limitations placed on Level 1 accounts.
Limitations
The delay in funds being available in your account could be for any of these reasons listed or others.
It will just take longer to get paid as Level 1 seller. It will really help you out to achieve Level 2 and this will significantly increase the speed at which you can withdraw your funds.
