Is it possible to share contact details with the buyer?

I've been freelancing independently for ten years on my own and usually respond to my customers via Skype or email. This system has worked for me. I am not accustomed to only responding to the customer via built in chat message. Is there another way that I can contact my customers to complete the job, such as if I have a question about the order?

Providing outside contact details such as for Skype is against SEOClerks TOS and should not be done. This rule is in place to protect you as many buyers will use the lure of 'get paid more money' to get you to go on Skype. There you will have no guarantee of payment and can end up getting scammed out of work.

It can be frustrating not being able to talk to your buyer when he is offline. It would be better if there was a way to email this person.

Hi
Yes you can ask for email id only if it is required,not for doing chatting. Like if you are seller and selling some service which require buyer email id then you can ask for it.but I don't recommend you to use skype.
