How come comments and feedback are always irrelevant?

I base my purchases on past feedback and comments. However, MOST services have feedback and comments that are totally irrelevant to the service. For example, someone is selling strictly SEO service and some of the feedback says "Thanks for the 12,000 visitors".

I can send more exact examples, if people think I am crazy - but I just don't get it?

Hi, when some1 edit his/her service feedback remains same, so its possible some1 was selling a traffic service but now he edited it to sell a seo service.

Yes you are correct when seller edit the service than generally its happens seller can edit the service but can not edit the feedback of customer so its happen.

Sometimes seller asks questions in feedbacks. It looks weird.

Doesn't the seller realize this when they are changing the service, how it will make the comments sound out of context or irrelevant?

I base my purchases on past feedback and comments. However, MOST services have feedback and comments that are totally irrelevant to the service.

There have been times when I needed to edit an original service to make it more relevant to my customers. Though I usually keep it in the same niche. For instance, if the service was about forum posting, then it stays that way. However, I might change something like price or number of posts offered. Hopefully, the service comments will still be very relevant to my future customers viewing the service.

I think sometimes sellers get tired and bored of a particular service and need to start other service or services, of course, they will edit their profile but the previous feedback or comments would remain but most times it good to go with recent feedbacks or comment which are very new.
