Cancel Order Result In Negative Recommendation

Hi, previously I have ordered a $7 package for 10000 views from a seller here. He did not send the required amount so I rejected the offer and requested for cancellation. Not only did he keep saying he delivered the views, he leaved a negative recommendation on my profile. Is there anyway I can report this person because he is seriously effecting the amount of sales im getting for my gigs.

ohh bad just ask for refund

I did ask for a refund, thats why he said I am a scammer. He said I cancelled order just because I wanted my funds back, but in reality, it is because he didnt deliver the stuff he needs to deliver.

Are you sure he didn't just leave a comment on your profile? If so, that's not a negative review, only a comment. A negative review can only be delivered if the order has been completed not canceled.
