I am unable to send my buyer multiple files. I don't want to send in .rar or .zip format. Is there any option to send multiple files without .rar or .zip?

I know about the 'warning' by the upload box, but for single files should be able to upload a Word Document or a spreadsheet without zipping it. Not sure about pdf file.
Currently there is no multiple upload option for more than one file that needs to be sent. Though you could simply upload it via private message or after you deliver the order. Have you tried uploading any other types of files? Just give it a try to see which ones work.
