How do you get tens of thousand of views on an SEOClerks service?

Some of the featured services on SEOClerks home page have tens of thousands of hits to that page. Are those real views? And, how would you get that kind of traffic to an SEOClerks service page? Would it help to feature or are there other ways?

you can feature your services on the front page for byers to see your service first before any other.also you can bump your services regularly using free or paid bumps. you can also do promotions outside seoclerks. promotions like creating backlinks, opening facebook and twitter pages and many others. do some research on these.

A featured service will always get more views. However some sellers use independent traffic generation methods to get views for their own services.
