If you could change one thing about SEOClerks (for sellers) or SEOClerks Marketplace (for buyers), what would it be? What would you add? What changes would you make?

I would love to add a chat option for buyers , so sellers can easily interact with buyers .

This would be a very good feature to have on SEOClerks as it would allow for instantaneous interaction with clients. Though it would be annoying if someone was constantly messaging you while you were trying to work, angry that you are not responding to their messages.

I'm sure they would include a 'chat off' feature to switch chat to off for times when you wanted to show your status as offline or not available to talk.

Yeah we can follow facebook chat system If you could change one thing about SEOClerks

And a report option as well, if someone try to spam or break seoclerks term and conditions .

Optional subscription button on service page for buyers would be great .

Not everyone of my buyers subscribes to my services and for this reason I lose contact.

Yes I understand what a subscription is, in terms of what you are saying and like your idea of optional subscription for that. And, I support your idea.

When I use the word 'subscribe', I'm not talking about subscribe in that way though. I'm referring to 'subscribe' as you might if you were to subscribe to an update.

I would like it so that my customers/buyers would automatically follow me when buying my services. That's what I mean in reference to the word 'subscribe' as in 'subscribe (or follow) for updates'. We should have this option as there is no option for using email to have 'subscribers' which is a typical practice in any other freelance scenario. The customer who has made a purchase from a seller would be notified on their dashboard when that seller has news.

If someone buys from me then I want them to receive a notification in the future for any service that I create or any service that goes on sale. And, this should be automatic too, without the customer having to 'follow' my profile. Simply asking a buyer to follow is not always successful. They have purchased my services previously, so presumably would be interested in seeing more. I would think this type of feature would benefit most of the SEOClerks sellers.

This could potentially lead to repeat sales as a customer who has used your services before is more likely to use your services again if they are simply reminded.

So just think of this as a 'reminder service' where the buyer is automatically opted into rather than 'asked' to opt in.

Yes that is a great idea too, we can offer discounts and other promotional stuffs to our buyers (subscribers) directly :cool: .

To stop spamming - Sellers can send 1 update every week to their subscribers/buyers or something like that .

i want the feature fee to reduce drastically so that i can feature my services also on the front page. i will be very happy for this should it be reduced.

I would really love to change the automatic order completion thing to be done early 5 days is a bit too long . I think 2 days should be enough because buyer still got a chance to review it even after its complete . It will help the seller to get his funds quickly. As for level 1 seller clearance time is already very long so it would really help them as well . And i think 48 hour is enough time for buyer to review the order .

Maybe it's a small thing, but I would like to be able to customize the look of SEOClerks dashboard. Maybe it could be more like a real home page where you can add modules.

It should be harder for a seller to lose their level status. As it is now I've seen plenty of sellers drop from level 3+ right down to level 1 just because of ONE factor of the many requirements had changed. Usually its just the feedback percentage drops a percent because of one sale gone sour and suddenly the seller is back to level 1 again after months of hard work.

It's not fair and needs to be addressed. Sellers have already complained about that on various forum threads when it happens to them and I'd like to suggest they re-evaluate the currently flawed levelling system.

Related to that, the number of affiliate sales needed to reach level 4 is too high at 50. I reached the number of personal sales needed for level 4 (100+) awhile ago, but I'm still only level 3 because of that barrier.

For some, maybe, but as much as I think the featured spots are overpriced and can only be afforded by a few sellers, if they lowered the price so that more sellers could afford them, then there would be even more featured (ie. static) listings on the front page and normal sellers would never get a chance to be on the homepage at all using their normal bumps.

A balance needs to be found to be fair to everyone.
