    HOW TO IMPROVE RATING ?

    BY MISTAKE I CANCELLED THE ORDERS BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT IT THAT IF I CANCEL THE ORDER MY RATING WILL DROP DOWN THAT WHY MY RATING NOW 86.5%

    I COMPLETE 141 ORDERS AND ONLY 3 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS BUT MY RATING IS LOW . I ONLY GET 0.10% RATING UP BY COMPLETE 1 ORDER PLEASE HELP ME

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO IMPROVE IT

    Canceling orders does NOT drive your rating down!!! Only bad feedback (rating) it does. So to improve your rating, do work where you have good experience, keep your customers happy and satisfied and also communicate with your customers and ask them for positive feedback when you know that you provide good service

    Did you force cancel the orders? That could be a bad thing. The force cancel would harm your rating.
