I just checkup File uploading in seoclerks is absolutely working.. So you need to check with another browser

You can try following:

- Try archiving and upload.
- clear your cache then try again.
- try a different web browser.

honestly i have experienced this issue before. just do as stated above. but in my case, i just re-started my browser and refresh the site and it worked for me.
