I have not used Payoneer but would love to learn more about this payment option. Is this available for withdrawals? I like Paypal. However, I have heard of some being banned/restricted from Paypal for receiving large payments. If that's true, then it's good to have another payment option.

Years ago i used Payoneer as payout option when i was active seller on elance.com and it was good. But i didn't use it for long time. I see that payout option on seoclerks too, but not sure if it's still reliable or not, or is there some extra fees or waiting time...

Also, does that have some type of debit card option? I use my Paypal debit card for groceries and daily expenses. I would need to do the same if I used Payoneer. Or, is there an option to link a debit card? Some of the local shops have a debit card that you can link to your Paypal for withdrawal of money. I wonder if it's Payoneer compatible.

Actually Payoneer is a prepaid MasterCard that you can load with your earnings from PayPal directly and also from SEOclerks earnigns directly.
I have applied for it but it takes too long to get approved and delivered and their support is not even 3 star.
You can use the Payoneer card to shop online, at POS locations using swipe card feature and also use it to withdraw cash from ATM in your local currency. The last one has currency conversion as well as ATM transaction charges on top of Payoneer charges.

For example if I withdraw $1000 via ATM in my country, it will be reflected as $1030 at my Payoneer statement. Not bad if you are earning some decent money.

Payoneer can provide you with a Free PrePaid Master card, so you can make purchases from your account.

It is a good service but I tend to stick to Paypal on SEOClerks as there are no fees and it is instant.

The only benefit that Payoneer has over Paypal for me is that you can load their card immediately in case you need the money quickly. Paypal takes 3 business days to get to my bank, and the debit card option is not available outside the USA, so I always have to wait for the money. With Payoneer the money is available to be withdrawn from any local ATM within 2 hours. That's much faster than 3 days and has saved me more than once when I was short of cash and needed a quick shot of funds.

However, that convenience does come at a cost, as Payoneer has plenty of fees when compared to Paypal. There is a load fee, a monthly maintenance fee, an ATM fee and a currency exchange fee. It adds up, but may be worth it if you need the funds quickly.
