If you have all required numbers, it should update your level within 24 hours (on next website update)

Depending on when you had your first sale, and then enough in your account to cashout, you may not have met this requirement yet:

Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old

Also if you feel you have met the requirements to level up, you can just send a ticket to admin support and they will look into it. jordan the cheif admin has said it.
