    Why uploaded file not deliver smoothly ?

    At the time of delivery I can't send the report file by attached to my client due to submit tap not function properly. I have informed to admin through the help desk. Can any body face same problem or not ?

    At the time of delivery I can't send the report file by attached to my client due to submit tap not function properly. I have informed to admin through the help desk. Can any body face same problem or not ?

    For this problem I am sending the delivery reports to my clients through the Dropbox. One of my clients rejected the order reason is- I have given the Dropbox link. He can't download from Dropbox link and not to trying it again. He wants send the reports. How can I send him ? He does not want to open an account in Dropbox for the downloading reports. Can any body help me about this problem ?

    same issue here and i already written to help desk too but no one give me the reply i think its a big issue how we deliver our work to our client so please have a look on this matter MR JORDAN

    leave dropbox, make use of google drive, your buyer dont need to open an account before they can download from google drive. i am having similar issues too and i use google drive.

    leave dropbox, make use of google drive, your buyer dont need to open an account before they can download from google drive. i am having similar issues too and i use google drive.

    Thanks for your good suggestion. Now I am use DROPBOX. I want to change to google drive.

    I want a permanent solution of this problem. Before it worked very smoothly now a days this problem occurs. I request to the admin member kindly see the problem and give a solution for which other sellers get benefit from this problem.
