How do i return a completed order ?

I have completed a order, and the buyer have rated. But now the thing i sold is fuck'ed up. and not working anymore! How will i give the person his money back ?

Once a order is marked complete by the buyer it's done.

The only way to refund at that point is to contact support.

@MadsVaBerta You can create a gift card using your balance and return to buyer so he can redeem.

Note : Recently I have given you warning for Abusive Language next time it will not be tolerated and you will be getting a pretty serious BAN !!

The way I see it, you have 2 options.

#1. Refund your buyer using a giftcard. (simply purchase a giftcard and give it to your client.)
#2. Purchase one of your clients services (in case your client use SEOClerks as a seller too.)


Do you mind me asking what service you sold and why it doesn't work anymore?
