    It should be based on user level not on minimum. Someone mentioned that fees were added because of security problems with some users.

    As seoclerks has stopped auto withdrawal, it has to pay the fee for your withdrawal. In order to minimize that fee, it has set the min fee free withdraw at $100, which I think is justified.

    I agree with you. It should be based on user level instead of a minimum amount. People will work harder than ever before to climb the "userlevel-stairs" if they could "unlock" the "free withdrawal" option. At least judging by the replies and forum threads being created ever since these changes where made.
