You can maybe find another seller to provide you with wanted service, just search marketplace.

Please read this tutorial, how to find right seller and quality services https://www.seoclerk.com/faq/9969/...ers-on-Seoclerks

In other case, if you want to return money to PayPal you need to submit ticket to help desk here https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hello, as suggested by anwebservices you can follow that link and can find quality sellers to complete your job but unfortunately SEOClerks can not send money back to your paypal as per Terms Of Services, once you add money in your account you have to use them only here at seoclerks.

If you need any other help please let us know.

I believe you cannot get it back as you sort of invested it to be used here. There are several other buyers that you can hire though. Just check the marketplace in the required category. Also you could create a Want To Buy and specify the kind of service you were originally looking for. You will get many prospective sellers bidding for it as most members here check the WTBs regularly. You can describe what you want and specify your budget and the timeframe within which you would like the service to be delivered.

The way I understand it, is that once the money iscdeposited at SEO, you have to spend it here, and you can't have it back to your PayPal. Since you need something done, might as well find another seller to accomplish your needs.

It is very clearly answered just above that you can recover money back to your Paypal, you just can't to it unaided from within your account. You need to send in a help ticket and request the reversal of funds. When people are asking tech support questions they need reliable information about what is actually possible, not differing opinions on what they should want.
