Tutorial: How to Reject an Order as a Buyer (Text and Video)

Hello! This is a tutorial on how to reject an order. This tutorial is for buyers. The text and video tutorials are posted below.

Text + Pictures:

First thing you must do after you have ordered the service is respond to the seller so that they can deliver the order
After that, the seller should deliver the order
When the seller delivers the order, you should see a little link somewhere that says "Reject Order"
Click the "reject" link and a page should come up (There is also an option that says "Got Problems?" which is also fine.)
You should see your rejection come up with the message you inserted
Now refresh the page, and there should be another option available that says "You and the Seller Agree to Cancel"
Type something into the box, push submit and you're done!

And where is the "not delivered" order, if a seller don´t deliver?
There is no feedback for the community, is someone don´t deliver, cost only worthless time...

Yes, it will be returned to your seoclerks account. You can contact support for a refund to your Paypal or Payza account.

I get Newcomers who have a hard time understanding how to Contact the Seller alot. Especially from our "Free Service Promo" Pages on the Blog. So here's something I use a lot.

Feel free to share:

To get to your Order Page to Communicate with your Seller, Mouse-Over the "Buyer" Tab, then go to "My Shopping" and CLICK:

Once you find the Order, CLICK on the ORDER NUMBER and you will be brought to the Message Browser which looks like this:

Or, as a LAST Resort, you can always Contact Support (that's why it rhymes)

That was a great way of letting others know how to help themselves with issues of this nature. I know that issue like this are bound to happen doing how to cancel the order is just the way to go to put a stop to lost of money. Thanks for sharing.
