    I want withdraw buyer negative feedback

    Hello every body, i am a re seller social media service & i use some panel for Facebook likes & Twitter followers but some days ago Facebook & Twitter major update. So my buyer lost Facebook likes & Twitter Followers. I also try to hard & sold for re-add followers/Likes but some buyer give negative feedback. I also recovery there loss but they are not withdraw negative feedback. Is in moment i have big problem for negative feedback. Please advice me only expert person for better solution.

    Contact the buyer, try to resolve the issue by offering a REFUND or FREE SERVICE .

    You can only remove it by his approval.

    Explain to your customers what happened and tell them everything you have done to rectify the situation. Some will be understanding and not leave negative feedback. As for removing negative feedback, that is likely a site related issue which you should file a help ticket for.
