You must have got an infraction goto your profile and see at the bottom are you infracted ?

The best thing you can do in this situation is to submit a help ticket with the SEOClerks help desk.

If there is an issue, they will be able to resolve it for you or tell you why your level is down. As suggested, it's likely you received an infraction.

Staff would be able to tell you why you received the infraction and how long it lasts.

Hello, May be you are break terms and condition in seoclerks, and You have received "infraction".. Thats the reason you lost your level..

if you want to see Infraction Reason : Open your profile and go on bottom line and see the Infraction reason..

After few days or month Your infraction Expires as per Expire date of Infraction and you got again your level 3 back.

May be you are getting less sales in recent times, that's can be the reason for level downgrade. If you start getting more sales you can again achieve level 3 status.
