cleared funds not move to avaliable !!

Hello Clerks Nation. i've been on seoclerks for about 1 year and this is AWESOME !! but its been 2 days my cleared funds haven't moved in available funds. i have also contact support but no answer. So i need your help. is some one facing same issue ??

They will respond you with the solution soon . Staff is very efficient and always very supported just be patient they will get back to you asap .

I think this problem for new server.because seoclerks website move to new server.i think work is not complete.if you contact the support staff your problem will solve as soon as possible.

i am sure its due to the new server issue, even free bumps are not updated.

yes i am 100% sure its problem due to server shift work because i have noticed from last 2 days even our free bump are not added to the account.
so be patience your problem will be solve very soon.

Seoclerks update and goes to new server, thus some problems occur and very soon all these are solve.

i guess his problem has finally being solved since he hasnt replied here. i so much trust the customer care staff, they respons to my issues promptly also and quickly.
