    Instant Download services should not be cancel.
    Buyers are misusing this features. First they Buy and after they say I have already this. Not need of this, Not working on my side. Blah Blah and got their money back. If any seller refuse to accept cancelation they threaten them By I will Leave negative feedback or sometimes they do. or Say I will report you.

    My suggestion is there should not be any cancellation in Ebook, Software and Instant Download services.

    In that case buyer can left negative review and also can contact support.

    You are also right but SEOclerks can review those itself. Previously one buyer cancel my delivery and said its not working.
    Now again today one reject my delivery after getting Bots and claim its not working. I know My all bots are working. You can read review.
    And those order cancel by admistrative staff.
    What the hell. I am really fedup with order cancelation.

    Again I contacted with administrative staff for the matter lets see what happen and what decision they make.
    Generally those kind of people have always lower buyer ratings.

    You should give them full demo, on how this service works, and tell that no refunds after ordering!!!

    I did everything, Now that guy is claiming that he is not using window, and whenever I ask for screenshot, he just start making excuses. From this time Now I am going to provide support on team viewer, So that I can see and handle the activity of bot that it is working on not.
