    Rquest for new feature?

    Hello,

    I'm wondering if SEOClerks can implement a new feature where if the buyer doesn't add feedback after X amount of days, your service will automatically get positive feedback. This may help because 50-60% of the buyers that have ordered from me in the past do not even attempt to add feedback. I'm sure a lot of buyers can relate to this as well.

    There may be concerns where the buyer delivered the order but it wasn't what the seller wanted or what was advertised, then if this is the case, the seller can revoke the positive rating in X amount of days and remove the positive rating and make it negative.

    This is just an idea because I know a lot of sellers should have WAY more positive ratings than they do because the buyers sometimes forget or just don't seem to care. Rquest for new feature?

    For buyers and sellers, please add your input as I have no idea what everyone thinks about this and not so sure what admin feels about this..

    It's like this on all marketplaces. It's on you to make buyers to give you positive feedback. Promise them an extra of your service for positive feedback...

    Why positive and not negative? If you haven't done a fantastic job, earning positive feedback, shouldn't the auto complete be negative?

    I said positive because, most likely the buyers like your service overall, and if the buyer feels it's not exactly what was advertised to them, etc they can invoke that rating - just the same as the guarantee feature. This will ultimately help sellers me thinks.
