Hi.
I am confused about my profile Positive Ratings,
I have total 135 positive ratings, and only 2 negative ratings!
So why my overall seller rating will be 95%?
I cant get the correct calculation,
what the format they follow to calculate it?
i guess it should be 99.98 as only 2 Negitve, or 98 parcent, why 95? any body can guess?

i did , they said to convence buyer, i just telling you, when someone decide he must will left bad review whatever the work he got, then who can stops? support should think about us. but i am okay with 2 bad but why 95%,

Yes I also calculated it should be 98.5+ but I dont understand why its 95 . contact helpdesk staff about that they will fix it or tell you the reason why its 95

please do tell me why it is showing still 96%? like what wrong you have done so far that your rating is down apart from positive reviews?

It's very unfortunate how they would penalize you so heavily for just two bad reviews. That is a little unfair considering how you have so many positive reviews.

Unfortunately. I had some Force to cancel order thats why it has been happen,
When i was started in the beginning i had this problem, i did not realized before doing it,

I knew it. Force cancellation is a very bad option. Better contact the customer support to cancel the order from their end if you think the buyer can abuse your services/profile.
