My Account Is Lifted For A Services How to relief

About one month ago I found my account is in fraction for one month for creating a service" Soundcloud Fresh Account" I did not know that which type of services is not allow in SEOClerks. It's ok Then I wait for one month to free from fraction. Now One month is Over I got my Status Back but they say my account is Lifted. Please anyone help me to free my account from restriction. I already said them That I was unknown about services Band list. Please Tell me when it will over. Thank You.
