Can I freelance from college class?

I am currently a work at home freelancer and will be attending college classes in the fall to continue my education. I want to be sure that I can actually keep up with my customers and have a thriving freelance business even then. Is it possible to freelance from college class or between classes or how could I find time in an otherwise busy schedule of studying to do jobs?

Education will make a world of difference with your employment prospects both offline in a job and online as a freelancer. A degree is a mark of credibility in any profession, so focus on that and don't let yourself get distracted.

I agree with Beverly. Once you are done with college courses you can pick up where you left off. You might wish to inform your clients this is your plans and hopefully they will understand.

Why not freelance on weekends or holidays, unless you are required to do class assignments even then. This will give you flexibility to earn while still attending classes.

If you need the money for your expenses, then you should freelance. But if you are just looking for pocket money to have fun, you might delay the freelancing and give priority to your studies which will allow you to earn more in the future.

Once I logged into my client's website from class and was able to work on a project he had hired me for. I was using my own computer (with campus wifi) and they did not complain. I would not suggest this idea if you are busy or in the middle of a lecture as they might object or mark down your grades. But you could do this on your break.

I am gainfully employed and my 8-hour job is my focus but I still find time for my freelancing. It is a matter of time management when it comes to your daily routine. Obviously your freelancing will be shorter in time but it need not go to the backseat. Set up a convenient work schedule that will not interrupt with your studies.

I think you should succeed, I did this and now I think I didn't do it right, I should have gone further after the profession, how did you succeed?

I think freelancing is a great opportunity to make money. I have a lot of expenses, and that's why I have to combine work and study. My time is as valuable to me as money.
