If I were going to have offline customers, I would still be writing for them. Though I have considered having a services type business (which I owned in the past and is not related to freelancing or writing).
Just wondering what services you all offer to your offline customers and if that's the same as what you offer your online customers? For instance, if you build websites online, then maybe you offer the same for offline customers.
The reason that I'm asking is that I want to know if you are having to modify your service offering in some way to appeal to the person who shops for the services offline versus online. As well as any other information you have about dealing with offline customers.
