    Have you seen this option after delivering a service on SEOClerks?

    Have you used this option to cancel a delivery to your SEOClerks customer? What are some situations where you might need to cancel a delivery?

    I have never used it but I am glad that the option is there incase I would have to use it.

    I used it once Delivered on Accident? but it has a problem it will not remove the "delivered work" "section - green box" it will just cancel delivery and add a new message below that green box automatically so i think removing the green box automatically is a good idea.

    Thank you for letting me know about your experience with this SEOClerks feature. I have often wondered what I could do if I needed to add something to the order.

    You should not cancel your order, but send a message to explain that you need to provide more information. In this way, you will show your customer that you are committed to servicing their account with your thoroughness. Other lesser sellers might have simply neglected to append the information.

    may be it mean if you accidently click deliver? But actually you just want to send a message?


    And, this is why it's just better to send a private message rather than write your message on the official sales order.

    It's good how this option is available as mistakes happen and it's nice to know we can simply click cancel.

    I've used it. But it doesn't remove our message in green area even if we click cancel delivery.
