Do you find it easy to get positive reviews for SEO / Linkbuilding at SEO clerk?

Do you find it easy to get positive reviews for SEO / Linkbuilding at SEO clerk? I mean we all are selling some of our services at cheap prices $1 and $2, now it is something that stops most of the guys to provide quality links.
Recently, I bought manual social bookmarking links from a guy and you know , you will actually laugh when you will check that report. He has given me all the website name (urls) like

www. xyz.com

and name of all 20 urls.
I guess, he was actually unable to fetch the links. Have you faced similar conditions in dealing with any guy?

If this happens to you that is really not good. Most of us selling are services at lower price but these are not low quality. If someone is doing this to you please talk to him first. Even if he do not answer or provide you some good results you have the option to review him/her negative(but please try to contact him/her before marking negative here at SeoCkerks, It can ruin someone's profile so be careful).

if he or she do not respond then you can raise a ticket to SeoClerks Team, after that they will handle all things.

Aditya it was the most funny incident. I gave him negative ratings and he also rated me negatively I don't know why? May be, tit for tat. But, then I messaged him and told him, I will remove my negative comment and rating if you can remove mine and can rework and give me 10 urls.
Lol, Can you guess what happened after this?

He worked will sort of effort, mind and dedication and then he gave me a good report.
The report had so called 10 links. But, the funny part was all of them were same as previous report. I mean, he gave me a list of bookmarking urls.
For example-

www.xyz.com
www.abc.com/recent
www.example.com/register

If this is really happening again & again then I think that guys is fraud, plz complain to SeoClerks team & request to remove his GIGs from SeoClerks so he/she can not fool someone else.
I think someone told this guy that here at SeoClerks you earn thousands of Dollar per day so he just started fraud everyone to earn money. but he don't know(I think) that always HARD WORK is paid, not the fraud.

SEOClerks takes this type of offense very seriously.

If the seller is delivering substandard work in this way, he should be reported via help desk ticket. The staff will infract that member.

Please don't use spam button for problem seller. Take the time to open a proper help desk ticket so that all relevant details of the situation can be investigated.

Doesn't matter if its $1 or $100 service, this sort of below par quality should never be encouraged and reported so as to make SEOClerks one of the best SEO marketplace for both buyers and sellers.

Also I do see that many sellers are providing SEO services for prices as low as $1 but that should not be a justification of providing substandard service.
