    I just paid for an order, and this message popped up:
    Your account and order were flagged as high risk. A staff member will review the order and process it if necessary or refund the payment within 24 hours. If you feel this is in error, please contact support.?

    Have sent a message to the support. What is the requirement(s) for one to order a service here please? This payment is through Paypal.

    I think that this sort of warning gets flagged up dependent on location for high risk countries for online fraud or money laundering.
    It is nothing personal and possibly a requirement of the payment processor.
