Payoneer withdrawal problem

I have successfully connected my Payoneer account with my SEOClerks account (I can see it on my Payoneer dashboard) few weeks ago. Now I want to withdraw some money from my SEOClerks account to my Payoneer account. When I selecet the withdrawal option Payoneer and click Proceed I am back at my Balance saying "you have to add a paypal email to your account"
I don't have a Paypal email or account and I don't get it what does payoneer withdrawal has to do with Paypal?

I think Paypal is the default payment setting, so you need something there before you can add another payment processor. Just add your regular email in the Paypal field and continue on by selecting the Payoneer option.

If that doesn't work then contact SEOclerks support.
