Why do they bother?

I tried to give a new seller a chance so I ordered a job done.

I wasted nearly two weeks waiting for a result and/or replies to my many messages .... the seller has ignored all requests to answer and of course, I now have no result and need to order from someone else.

Why do they bother wasting peoples time?

Yea, it's a bad problem with some sellers. Report them! And make a review on the forum so others don't waste their time.

Abuse can go both ways though, so please make sure any reporting is justified with honest facts.

There could be a lot of reasons they are not responding including personal illness. Maybe you could just request a mutual cancellation to get your money back. Since they haven't bothered to respond to the issue so far, there's little chance this person would contest a mutual cancellation.
