Have you checked footer of seoclerks, it show a link "http://listingdock.com/" do anybody here know about listing dock ?

ListingDock.com is for everything but SEO. If you have services that is not SEO or even stoppable material, add it there.

Check out CodeClerks.com too - based on the same platform now for code.

As the accounts are shared and having an account on SEOClerks means I automatically have an account Listing Docks.. All my affiliates on SEOClerks will also now have an account on Listing Dock.. Are they my affiliate on there too?

Yeah, after I asked, I just jumped over and had a look

So iff I build an affiliate store for Listing Dock, that also gets me referrals here on SEO Clerks and if any of my referrals in either then notice the other one, I get 10% of there sales on either?

Also, does the same Ref Tags work across both?

That is correct. ListingDock, CodeClerks and SEOClerks (soon ThemeClerks) are all identical. Everything that works on one works on the other. Users are shared across all of them so a referral on one means a referral on all.

Your affiliate stores should just have to change the name/URL to work on each one.

Funds are not currently shared but they will be soon.

My grandmother crochets little items. Could I list those on Listingdock so she can sell them custom made? I think she would really appreciate having others own her handi-crafts.

All three sites of Clerks network have a shared exposed API.
With a bit of modification to the API endpoints you will be able to make calls similar to the ones you make with SEOClerks API.
For example, at iOnCLERK we released 4everyone network of sites which provide affiliate stores for all three Clerk network sites.
Anyone can access your free affiliate sites at [username]-[site_code].ionclerk.com
For example :

SEOClerks Affiliate Store for @sunil0021 is at sunil0021-sc.ionclerk.com bearing affiliate id 23112 for every link.
CodeClerks Affiliate Store for @Jackson is at jackson-cc.ionclerk.com bearing affiliate id 20911 for every link.
ListingDock Affiliate Store for @LukasMGK at lukasmgk-ld.ionclerk.com bearing affiliate id 40054 for every link.

These sites use the affiliate API from the respective sites to display service listings and affiliate id of the user is inserted into every link of the site.

I have started listing services at ListingDock.com, you should start using it too. Its the beginning of a the eBay of Clerks Network.
