I would be utilizing both if you can but I guess for me i would say Facebook as it's a more open avenue for promotion. You can share with friends, post in groups, use Facebook Ads, etc, etc.

Which of these social media sites is better depends on the number of friends and followers you have on these social media sites. For better conversion, you need a large number of followers.
