    I tweeted this message according to seoclerks guidelines, the response said this account has already been used, which is not possible. I tried with a different twitter same result. Maybe a bug, using linux.

    That message will show either if you have already redeemed it or another account that is in some way linked to your account has redeemed it. This may be linked via IP, browser session or anything else.

    If you definitely have never personally claimed the offer before then feel free to create a helpdesk ticket for further support: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
