You should use Clickbank if you are selling an ebook as they have a built in affiliate program that allows you to track affiliate sales easily.

But the most important thing you need to do is to check if your niche is any good ?
And after that check the Company that you chose for its Payout history!

It helps to see payment proofs from others who are with the affiliate company to ensure they are actually paying affiliates what's promised.
