Are sub affiliate programs worthwhile?

With many affiliate programs, you can recruit people into your second and even third tier sub affiliate level. The commissions received from sales of these sub affiliates is usually very small, such as one or two percentage of the total sale. Though first tier sub affiliates will usually earn you around five percent of each sale. Do you have any experience with this type of sub affiliate recruiting and can you tell me if it's worth pursuing?

It sounds like a get rich quick scheme to me, having others work to earn money for you. I don't think it could be that easy. Even if you recruit these people, you will still be responsible for training them to sell the product.

Making money online is not easy as we think. It takes some times for getting success in affiliate marketing. The Commission is very low but if affiliate marketers find more sales in particular product they deal and earn huge amount of money.
