Some forums and blogs are visually rich and focus on images. These sites are best for Pinterest. It's not about which niche you are into so much as whether or not you are using good photos on that site.

There isn't just one correct answer.

I know of people who have used only YouTube for traffic to create a six-figure business. Video marketing converts very well, as long as you know what you're doing.

I personally use blogging, social media, and SEO combined. This has worked very well for me. I suggest you start with one method initially to see how it works for you before adding in more techniques.

I am using following way to get lots of traffic;
1. Niche blogging with regular content update
2. I use auto social sharing plugins to get tons of social traffic
3. SEO is the best way to get real traffic permanently.
4. Ofcourse youtube is another best way to get traffic flood.

My main source of traffic is Google. I generate traffic from Google by optimizing my contents and website for Google. I do this by adding primary keywords on my contents and building backlinks.
My second traffic source is Facebook. I have a page for my website which quite good number of followers. I share my contents on my Facebook page and when my followers click my links, my facebook sharing will generate traffic.
Twitter is my third traffic source. I have 6.5 K followers on my Twitter account.
I also genetrate traffic from forum posting and blog commenting.

Free traffic can come from many sources like search engines, social media and other websites. However, you don't get free traffic just like that. You have to work for it. With social media and other websites, you need to exert effort in promoting your websites so that users there will click on your backlink. With the search engines, you have to do SEO chores like adding tags or keywords, spreading your backlinks and uploading fresh contents frequently. And if you will ask which is the best, I guess search engines can give you the most if you can get your website in a good position on the search list.
