A security incident forced us to restore from a backup taken on 28 August. Orders and payments made in roughly the 24 hours before the restore may not appear in your account yet. We are recovering them.

Contact support if an order or payment of yours is missing.

How long should you test advertisements?

For instance, if you are using Facebook ads, how long will you let the ads run before you decide whether or not to renew and run the ads again?

I would test if the ad is converting or not.. for this I would consider at least 200 clicks.

200 clicks isn't good enough for FB. You can get that in an hour.

I'd say 15-30 days or more. Most of your visitors are not going to convert on the first visit from FB and 30 days will show them the ad over and over.

Repeatedly exposing your advertisement to your target audience is needed before they'll either click through or buy.
