    Google Glass wink Feature

    Google Glass now has a wink feature. This feature was added recently, and all you have to do is blink an eye. The glass wearers will be able to take photos hands free. Simple to use, the device will work when the user winks an eye. The image will be able to upload to youtube in a fast manner as well. The user will simply state "Glass, share with youtube", and it will automatically be uploaded.

    Google has stated that in the near future, they believe that this technology will be able to be used no matter where the user is. Google feels that one day, everyone will be able to use this. An example they give is seeing a pair of shoes in a department store window. Wink at it and it will be shipped in the size you need to your door. Imagine being able to do more in your life without really putting much effort into it at all.

    Google glasses were first shown last summer. Since this time there have been many updates to the google glasses. There are 8000 users that are testers for Google for this, but they had to pay the $1500 for the device to be shipped to them in order to use it.

    Exactly Beverly. In the future we will not have to do anything for ourselves! It is just crazy to think about.

    I have heard that in the future we will have robots do everything for us which is very scary in a way. I do not mind doing things for myself.

    The wink feature looks pretty good to me. I am lazy I will admit so I like the concept of it.

    In a way this is very cool. To think that something could do this. We have come a long way. But yes it will just make us even lazier than what we already are.

    This would be a cool feature but what if the person gets the wrong idea? Lets say you were taking a group photo with the Google Glass and you winked to take the picture and someone thought you were winking at them... it would be a tad awkward. However it is great for those who can't be bothered to do anything, like me lol.
