What are the other factors which google uses for calculating it's quality score ? I mean what are the different factors I need to know :)

It includes pr, number of outbound links, loading time, quality of content, relevancy and few more internal factors, which are not know or revealed by google. :)

They are related but pr gives only ratio, but not exact number. So, when you want to quantize a factor, you need to consider it's value :)
