linkedin is one of the best social networking site for searching jobs. They do have search engine of there own, so I guess I would rank linkedin search engine to be No.1 Best job search engine

They will let you search resumes or employer job postings? I have not tried that yet. Though I was part of several LinkedIn groups on the site.

Yes. You can search for resumes as well as job postings. I've applied through linkedin quite a few times.
