In white hat, there are many things but mainly we have to concentrate on:

fresh content
manual work
quality and natural backlinks

Not to mention the penalties that Google will inflict upon your site if they catch you doing Blackhat SEO.

Exactly. And if you are penalized sometimes it is hard to get back to where you were. That is what stinks about blackhat.

Black hat SEO can never be better than White Hat SEO.

We should only concentrate on White Hat SEO for better result I would say.

I do agree, if you are caught then your site is moved to sandbox and that is really really bad from a webmaster perspective.

And, it can take a very long time to clean up blackhat activity once it's done, especially if you get caught and want to go legit.
