    Was my site blacklisted by Google?

    Let's say you are doing well in Google search and then suddenly people stop showing up to the site. Is that an indicator you have been blacklisted by Google? And, if so how do you find out?

    This might just be a seasonal slump in traffic, more so than a ban by Google search. The Thanksgiving and Christmas traffic is always low as families are spending more time offiline together rather than being online. Now that holidays are over, your site should return to normal levels of traffic.

    Can you find your site in Google when you do a search? If so, you are not banned. It sounds simplistic, but that's one of the easiest ways to check.
