Have you ever done an SEO Gig for a client who expected page one results, but didn't want to pay enough for the work you would have to do to get it? Or, for instance, you provide good results for the price they paid, but they insist on having page one results for a hugely popular keyword (when maybe that's not even possible considering competition). I guess you have forgotten that one step which is complete explanation of SEO work that the results cannot be accurately predicted.
