Page Rank 3 Is Good Or Bad??

I have a website. Its Home page Rank is 3. Is this Good? If i can sell this page what is the Value i can Get???

Yes, Page Rank 3 is good but in future Google will not update Page rank!

Yes you website has good PR rank.
You can either sell your domain or provide backlinks on your website(sell backlinks).

Selling Domain Depend on various factor like domain visibility(organic traffic),how much you earn money from adsense or else ,your social presence and so on.
Most people like to buy domain who earn more money from adsense.

it is very much ok. there are many sites that do not have even PR o so you are very lucky yo have page rank 3. weldone. its a good value website.

Its good usually domains which have more than 3 -4 PR is considers as good ones. I think value depend on the other factors like alea rank, daily traffic, niche else.

I don't think it's so important a website to have a HIGH PR nowadays... Especially when Google decided not to update it anymore! ;)

Yes they do not update it regularly now. However I do not think thy have quite the PR updating.

Guys did you know that PR is not updated since 2013? So many advies about factor that does not count and change anymore. He wont notice any change with green button.

There are millions of domains are running online and not every domain has pr. Your domain has pr3 then it is better than millions of other non pr domains.

I think that page ranking of your website is pretty good that it can be considered above average. However, if you plan to sell your website, it will depend on the kind of website you have, I mean the niche. If the niche is very common, I don’t think it will be easy to sell. And with the page rank, you have to maintain that ranking because when the page rank is updated, your website may slide in the ranking if you are not working on the SEO of your website.
