    Are there any techniques to adding real people as friends on Facebook? Not talking about buying Facebook friends, but real people who are likely to be interested in reading status updates, etc.

    The best source of Facebook friends are people who know your friends closely, such as their friends or college acquaintances. Those people are more likely to friend you if they know you have a connection with someone they know.

    Friends of friends is what I have done. It works quite well. Or you can look for some who have similar interest in what you do.

    Pardon me for saying that I got a laugh with the title ofthis topic, human friends lol. Anyway, I understand why you made the title so. With the adverb “fast,” that would depend on your efforts. And it would also depend on the kind of friends you desire. If the friend is generic then all you have to do is to check the posts of your existing friends and send a friend request to their friends. If you have 10 friends and you send a request to 10 of theirs then that would be 100 friend requests. Imagine if you send 1,000 friend request, you can probably get a minimum of 100 friends.
